Health Law, which aims at the fundamental human right to health, is a broad legal branch that regulates both the area of public administration and private health , the relationships between the subjects that comprise it (doctors, dentists, ATS, nurses, assistants, laboratories, guards, clinics, hospitals) in their relationship with the company or administration that employs them, and also the relationship between patients or injured parties for negligent or reckless action, both with the individual persons who have been treated and with their families.
